Vodafone X packages

Vodafone X is a lifestyle proposition designed by Vodafone and targeted at Ghanaian youth between the ages of 18 to 24 to empower them, supported by product offerings that give them the liberty to connect with things that excite them.

Customers can subscribe for the package by dialling *5888#. 









The below Vodafone X packages have been reviewed with respect to the number of times a subscriber can subscribe.
 
BUNDLE NAME CAPS ON BUNDLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
X- Weekly 3 Times a Week
X- Monthly 3 Times a Month
X- Treme Monthly 3 Times a Month
X- Treme Plus 3 Times a Month
*Mix of monthly bundles A total of 4 times for any mix of monthly bundles within a month.
 
  • Existing subscribers who are above 24 years but still in active state will not be affected.
 
  • A New Subscriber of Vodafone X who is not below 24 years will not be able to subscribe to any Vodafone X package.




Vodafone X Terms and Conditions

All new Subscribers shall, in using the Service, be deemed to have consented and agreed to receive such Service on these Terms and Conditions and be accordingly bound. All existing Subscribers shall, by continuing to use any current service, be deemed to have consented and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions can be found our Vodafone website (www.vodafoneX.zone ) authorized retailed shops and accredited agencies or institutions.
These General Terms and Conditions are in addition to specific Terms and Conditions for each product under Vodafone X as well as standard Terms and Conditions for Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited mobile services which could be found on our website . (www.vodafoneX.zone )
Use of the Service We reserve the right to issue instructions regarding use of the service as it may from time to time be considered necessary to maintain the integrity, quality and safety of the Service for all Subscribers and such instruction shall be binding upon the Subscriber and be deemed to form an integral part of The Service.
The Subscriber is personally responsible for all use of The Service made from Subscriber equipment and shall neither use nor permit a third party to use Subscriber equipment, or The Service for: i. sending abusive, defamatory, hoax, offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing messages or communications; or ii eavesdropping, intercepting or learning the contents of any message on the Provider’s network: iii any usage that may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person;
The Subscriber shall not use The Service in a way that infringes on the privacy rights of any other person or with another Subscriber’s enjoyment of the Provider’s Services, or in a way that could interfere with the Provider’s network or any other operator’s network.


Definitions
“Stand Alone Packages” mean the other services of Vodafone Ghana aside Vodafone X "The Subscriber" shall mean the person who uses the Vodafone X Service. “We/Us/Our” means Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited (Vodafone Ghana) “You” refer to the Subscriber.

i. This offer is for Prepaid Mobile Subscribers only.
ii. The offer is targeted at Subscribers between the ages of 15 and 24 years.
iii. This offer is for personal use not for business.
iv. You can deregister from the offer at any time by dialling *5888# and select ‘Deregister’
v. You will lose all the offer benefits when you deregister from the offer.
vi. You enjoy double bonus on all top ups and bonus top up is valid for 7days.
vii. You cannot subscribe to Premium Codes/Value Added Services with your bonus credit. This can only be done with your primary balance.
viii. Once you subscribe to this offer, you cannot enjoy the benefits of any other Vodafone tariff offer at the same time. To enjoy any other Vodafone promotional offer, you will have to deregister from the current offer; by either activating the new tariff offer (by dialling the direct code number of the new offer) or unsubscribing (by dialling the de-registration code number) and then subscribing to the new offer.
ix. You can still enjoy free night calls with the first minute charged at a rate of 11.2p from 12 midnight
x. You can continue to subscribe for supporting offers such data packages, Blackberry packages, International packages, SMS packages, Value Added Services packages and roaming packages.
xi. You cannot subscribe to Premium Codes/Value Added Services with your bonus credit. This can only be done with your primary balance.
xii. You can also subscribe unto Family & Friends while enjoying this package
xiii. We reserve the right to set reasonable limits to its free offers in accordance with its fair usages policies.
xiv. We reserve the right to recycle numbers that are dormant for more than 180 days and sell same to other interested Subscribers and Vodafone will not be responsible for any claims, costs, and liabilities howsoever arising from exercising its rights hereunder.
xv. We reserve the right to send information to you via SMS to the MSISDN supplied by us. These SMS’s may be for information purposes only. We may also send notices to you by way of advertisement in a daily newspaper, SMS, or through the Vodafone Website and/or by using any other suitable means.
xvi. You accept that We may disclose or receive personal information or documents about you:-
  • to and from local and international law enforcement or any competent regulatory or governmental agencies to assist in the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal activities or fraud;
  • to and from our service providers or any other company that may be or become our subsidiary, parent company or partner) for reasonable commercial purposes connected to your use of the mobile service or the Vodafone Service, such as marketing and research related purposes;
  • to facilitate our ability to fulfil legal, governmental or regulatory requirements;
xvii. We reserve the right to vary at any time with or without notice to you these Terms and Conditions or the Fees. Variations will be notified by way of advertisement in a daily newspaper, SMS, or through our Website and or by using any other suitable means provided that you shall be deemed to have been notified of any such variations regardless that the same may not have actually come to your attention. Any variation in fees shall become effective after 30 days of such publication or notice.


X QUICK FIX
  • This offer allows you to enjoy free community calls, free on-net SMS, 25 MB for WhatsApp and 50MB data. Double bonus on all top ups
  • This offer lasts for 24 hours.
  • It will cost GHC1.00 if you wish to register on this offer
  • You can register by dialling 5888 or *5888# and following the prompts. When you select Quick Fix, the GHC1.00 registration fee is automatically deducted from your primary credit balance and you will immediately have access to the offer for 24 hours. You must have a credit balance of GHC1.00 or above in your primary account before you can register for this offer.
