I purchased an amount of 40 gig data with vodafon cash which I was supposed to get 15% bonus on and from the very first day I started calling about this and up till now, I have not gotten it. I'm left with only 3 days on my subcription.wondering how long it takes to rectify such a situation. On the 26 of September I received a messay that it had been done whiles talking to one of your reps who also realised that even tho the message was sent, the situation was still the same. Shouldn't you check to see if the data is there before the message is sent? Now just 3 days on my account and I want to renew my subcription but because even last month's own has not been done yet, I'm worried that it's going to affect this month's own.pls update my account so I can pay n enjoy my service.0302415026
