my name is jojo and i have a fixed internet service with vodafon. i got to know about getting bonus data when the payment medium is vodafon cash, so that's what i use now. i have been having problems getting the bonus data for some unknown reason. last month it was given to me a day before my account would expire, and as u know the account would seize at the start of day not the end, which meant i had to pay for this month in order for the data to be rolled over. i called the reps and was told the bonus would be in 24 to 48 hrs. just as last month, it didnt show up in my account and i made a report. just as last month again, i received a text msg yesterday that it had been resolved but still nothing has been done. because of the time last months own was paid, first glance at the account would suggest a rolled over amount and i have to take 10 mins to explain to any service rep i speak to for them to understand.
if vodafon cash is the problem? you should let me know so i stop using the service. why do i have to beg for my bonus everytime and talking to the service reps never help. i thinking anyone working on the account should look incidence threads before they make a conclusion. the latest one was 1-IR8RMSA and from what your reps say, it shows it has been given. shouldn't this process be automated?
