Inaccessibility to internet

I can not access my internet. I thought that the broadband had run out of credits so I went to pay for it and it still hasn't come.how can I access it

I just got a message that my account has been suspend right after a previous message said I had 7days to renew my subscription and to my horror my account has gone off. What is the problem!
