BROWSER LITE DAILY PACKAGE TERMINATION

Good day vodafone

My name is zuhair kamaruddin. Just now, I had purchase STREAMER MAX WEEKLY. Unfortunately, I received a message mention that I am in BROWSER LITE DAILY. I had dail *700# and *700*3# to stop the BROWSER LITE DAILY. All of my effort useless seem I am still in BROWSER LITE DAILY. I would like to ask your help to delete the BROWSER LITE DAILY PACKAGE. Thanks for your help. My number 233502650534

Checks on your account shows you currently do not have the Browser Lite Daily on the 0502650534 number. The current packages you have are;

1. Asia Weekly bundle which is expiring on 10/01/2017

2. Streamer Max Weekly which is expiring on 12/01/2016

3. Daily Double Value promotion which allows you to enjoy bonus on recharge anything you recharge your account with airtime. To deactivate this promotion, I will advise you use all bonus airtime you have in your account after which you dial 9090 to deactivate. Kindly note, you loose every benefit of the promotion should you deactivate it from your account.

Please dial *126# to check your current active packages.

You can always activate a package that best suits you. Kindly dial *700*3# to prevent the current data plan from automatically renewing upon expiry and once the plan is exhausted, you can dial *700*1# to activate your preferred offer.
