Why me?

My sim has been off since last Sunday. I have switched my phone off and on, removed and inserted it back in the phone for god knows how many times now.i have even changed phone but still my sim is off.
The most annoying thing is that,when you call customer care line you are not allowed to talk to human being. That auto voice help can't help and has no answer to my problem.why are you people frustrating customers like that..... For three days now,why!....Vodafone why?

I have be using my vodafone number for my whatsapp and i went restart the phone and to get the code from whatsapp i can no longer received message again please i need your help and i am in Lebanon for peace keeping mission.
