my vodafone X sim card was subject since i didnt use it for about 6months. i went to a Vodafone office to fix this. The lady gave me a new sim card but the same number. so i bought credits and activated a daily quick fix bundle which supposedly gives me free calls to voafone x numbers around 7pm. But this morning i called a vodafone and after speaking for just five minutes i was told i had no credits left. i mean how? not only did i lose the bundle i also lost all my remaining credits. this is what i get after switching back to Vodafone. Please i need answers. Thank you.
