I have a fixed line service that was interrupted for more than 8 months owing to theft of supply line cables. Vodafone Company itself suspended services on the line during this period. They have recently restored the services but demand that I pay the rental charge of GHC11.13 for each of the months when I had absolutely no service whatsoever.
I would be grateful if you could explain this unjustifiable demand.
