We started using Browser fixed broadband package like 3 months ago. In these 3 months we suffered more than 3 times a general failure leaving us without internet service between 3 and 7 days each time. Last failure it was fixed last week tuesday and, unluckily, now it happened again... after less than one wee. It's not acceptable. The customer service is fast answering but just to say that they apologize and hope they will fix it in the following 5 working days... but how can it happen more than 3 times in 3 months and the last 2 times in just one week time? Is it normal? We don't think so. We made several complaints but nothing changes. What we can do? Pillar 2, Accra.
