Hello Vodafone you've been a disappointment to me once again. I was promised that my broadband installation was going to take place within 8 days of making my payment. Yet over 14 days down the line and it hasn't been installed. You don't even bother to call me and give me update. Anytime I call no seems to know what is happening. You are treating your customers like rubbish because you have no competitors. There is no way I will recommend you to anyone. Kindly sort this mess out.
