Hello there! Am very upset about the kind of service being provide by your institution. I had a very bad internet connection for the past 5 days now and I reported the incident to your management and till now the problem hasn't been resolved. I spoke to the customer service several times and I was been told the issue will soon be resolved to the extent of getting a technician to work on the cables but they lured me. To be honest I am not feeling good about this whole thing because I work with the internet in my office and it has caused me to lose a lot of money. I need your attention now!!
