Hello, as of the beginning of the year i have been experiencing very slow broadband connection. The other day i was having problems with the modem (the internet kept cutting off) so a technician came to repair it, i was hoping that this would also fix the speed but it ended up even slowe and! whenever I conduct speed tests using Ookla speed test i never receive anything above 0.75mbps download speed. Is there any way this problem can be solved? Location is Osu, Ridge. Broadband number is 0302631520. I am quite disappointed as when the vodafone was first installed some few years ago the speed was very good. Now it takes days to download a 1gb file!
