Hi-i decided to apply for your broadband package last week at your retail store ad communicated the urgency of the service to the Associate that received my application. It has been nearly a week and every time someone from your office just calls me to tell me they are coming to survey my area, but never show up. If Vodafone is not interested in providing services to customers who are ready to pay, don't advertise it! I'm sick and tired of this treatment when you guys are in Africa.
