Closing my account

For the last three weeks I have been trying to close my fixed broadband account.

I've written a request and gone out of my way three times to the Accra Mall to request the funds as I stupidly paid for the whole year only to be met with continuous requests to send engineers to some the problem. The problem being slow an in existent internet connections.

Your engineers have been 3 times to fix the problem and it's still worse than my MTN phone or my back up surf line. So please you've had 6 months to resolve the issue. I simply want a refund of my unused credit, I don't want a refund of the full amount t which I. Relieve the regulator would grant considering how much I have paid, how much you have charged and how little data I have been able to use.

Please ensure the cheque is available for my collection on Friday or I will also close my Business Broadband account, which will cost your business considerably more than my home broadband account.
