Wrongful deduction of credit

I keep losing credit on my Vodafone sim even though I have not subscribed to any Vodafone services. I had bought 5 cedis of airtime, and though I didn't make a call/send a message, I woke up two days later to find out that my credit had reduced to GHS4.1777. Then today, i just checked my balance and it's now GHS3.777. I know the figures are small, but i don't get why i should lose the credit in this manner. it represents unfaithfulness and untrustworthiness.

I'm in some fix rn.. I got credit thinking my bundle was done.I loaded it and from that message that pops up, I realised I still had something left so I decided to wait till it was done so that I rebundle my x subscription. An hour later, Internet's messing, I decide to check,Thinking it was done just to realise the loaded credit has been deducted.

I am also experiencing wrongful airtime deductions for the three weeks now. I am actually thinking porting to another network or using the sim entirely. My number is 0200436300
