Data lost without using it

Hello goodmorning. Been a lotal customer on this network but i dont seem to understand how i loose my data sometimes without putingb it to use. Just few days ago i loosed about 300mb without using it. Just lastnight i activated for a quick fix having abt 50mb for whatsapp and 100 remaining data. Bfr i slpt i had my data off but i had used only my whatsapp data about 10mb. I checkd my data this morning and everything is done. How?
Not the first time but its been happening. I really don't understand this and i have had dudes complaining about same issues. Not even to say your data packages are cheap to withstand all this data vanishing things.
