Why can't Vodafone provide better customer service? My phone line/Broadband line has been down for two days in Labone. Still not fixed. Representative just told me now that maybe by Monday, they will follow up. Three days with no phone or internet service and the company MAY contact me on Monday with an update? That is unacceptable! Makes we want to discontinue my service with Vodafone and look for one of your competitors that may do a better job.
