Fixed Broadband balance

Good Evening,
For the past hour or so i have been trying to learn the balance of my vodafone broadband account. I learnt that you need a my vodafone account to do so so i created one. But after it takes me to "FBB Setup", now i am aware of my Account Number and Phone number for the broadband but i don't know the modem user ID. i tried a variation of things from the modem username, to the modem model number etc but none of it works. I've not been able to find any FAQs to help me understand what exactly the "Modem User ID" is whatsoever. Please if you could help me, all i want to do is know my account balance I dont see why it has to be such a process.

The only other number I have apart from the account number is the phone number which is 0302631520

but now the FBB Set Up is saying "Error Updating your account, please try again" and ive tried about 5 or 6 times now. Is this a server error?
