So, for the past week, the LAN ethernet connection on my fixed broadband router has not been working. Only the WiFi works. I called the customer care and I was guided to do a few modifications on my broadband setup. But that did not solve the problem. The contact person I spoke with seemed confused about the situation.Could you please assist me fix this problem as soon as possible? Thank you.
