Please i want to find out whether Vodafone is faced with some technical challenges. I'm unable to check my Vodafone X bundle balance. When i dial *126#, i get this feedback: "Not registered on network". What is happening Vodafone.

I tried calling your customer care representative and i got the same feedback.

Secondly, your Internet is very slow in recent times. I'm not impressed with the connectivity as compared to some years back. I'm considering switching to other network, so please do something about that. I'm sure other subscribers are also considering other networks...
