What Family & Friends?
Four on-net numbers (prepaid mobile) @ 5p/min. One off-net number @ 8p/min. One International number @ 10p/min (29 World 1 Countries). To register, dial 555. Customers can change F&F numbers as often as they want. Subscription fee (50p). Renewal fee of 50p. Subsequent changes to an already registered number will attract a 50p charge.

How do I activate Call Divert?
To activate call divert, go to your phone menu and select ‘Call Divert'. Call Divert service is free of charge and automatically comes with the Vodafone mobile service. Call Divert is a service that enables a customer to forward his incoming calls to:

Another mobile number (all networks)
Any other Landline number (Ghana)
All diverted calls will be charged on the outgoing call rates to diverted number as per the tariff plan.
How do I activate Call Holding & Waiting?
The customer has the option of putting the current call on hold and receiving the incoming one privately and can later resume the previous call without difficulty. To enjoy Vodafone Call Holding and Waiting service, go to your mobile phone menu to activate it. The service can also be deactivated and reactivated whenever you wish, free of charge.
How do I use the Vodafone Call Me Back service?
To use the service, simply dial *119*recipient’s number# and send. This service is absolutely free of charge and only available to Vodafone prepaid customers.

What is International Direct Dial (IDD)?
International Direct Dial (IDD) allows you to make international voice calls to other countries without going through an operator. This service comes as a default for all Vodafone prepaid customers. This means you can always make international calls provided you have enough credit on your phone. Vodafone post-paid customers need to however request for the IDD service before it is activated for their use.
What is Call Conference?
It is available in Vodafone post-paid connection and prepaid connection. If a customer has a Call Conference facility, then he can connect with five other people. Thus a conference can take place with six people including the originator.
 What is Call Barring?
A facility designed to prevent others from misusing your Vodafone phone. It allows a customer to Barr either all his incoming calls, or all outgoing calls or all outgoing ISD calls from his Vodafone mobile. It’s available on Vodafone post-paid and Prepaid. Incoming calls can only be diverted. Divert is possible only on mobile on local numbers. Calls diverted within a CUG (Closed User Group) will also be charged as per the usual Tariff Rates. Divert while Roaming is not possible.
