Where do I pay my bills?

You can either pay your bills online by visiting the fixed broadband portal *900#, or visit the nearest retail shop for assistance.

  1. Pay your bills through the partner banks or with a scratch cards at any retail shop and enjoy EXTRA 10% data 
  2.  Pay through Vodafone cash and enjoy 15% EXTRA data.
  3. Pay two months in advance and enjoy 15% EXTRA data.


How do l get support if I have a problem with my fixed broadband?

Does the bundle roll over?

Yes. Customers can roll over remaining or unused data in to their next bundle when they renew their bundle before current bundle expires.All accumulated roll-over data will expire after 3 months from the first date of roll-over. Visit for more details.

SOS Credit
With our SOS credit bundles you can now boost your data allowance before you run out at any time and finish that download without interruptions. Just subscribe via our short code *900# (Vodafone numbers only) or login to your Self-service account @ to subscribe and immediately receive a boost to your data allowance. 
You don’t need to pay for the boost now. We will take it when next you renew your primary bundle.

  1. To qualify, customers are to pay a full(100%) bundle price using any alternative payment channels listed
  2. All payments are to be done by 11pm on the day of making payment. Multiple payments of one bundle in-between days will not be rewarded
  3. Multiple payments across any of the alternative channels listed above to sum to buy a data bundle will be rewarded with 10% additional data
  4. Multiple payments for cases where customer makes part payment in retail shop and remaining payment through any of the alternative channels will not be eligible for any bonus data since the total payment using alternative channel is not up to bundle charge
