Q. I forgot my password. How can I recover my password?
Ans: You do not require a password to log-in, the only requirement is for your mobile number to be verified by providing entering the 4 digit OTP sent to your mobile number.

Q. How can my phone storage help me in getting better user experience?
Ans: You do not need much storage space for downloading and installing the app. The space available on your phone will not directly affect your listening experience. Tracks you download during in-app usage are stored on the app for offline usage and not in your phone’s memory.

Q. I am not able to find Offline songs downloaded from Vodafone Music in Gallery or any other folder or music library on my mobile phone?
Ans: Songs downloaded from Vodafone Music are only stored in the app’s music library for offline play rather than stored in your device’s storage.

Q. I am not able to play tracks on my Series 40 phone.
Ans: Please make sure that correct APN is selected for streaming media player. Following settings might help in majority of phones: Go to Media > Real Player > Options > Streaming > Network and set Default Access point to your working APN name.

Q. Do I need to be connected to the Internet to enjoy Vodafone Music?
Ans: Yes, you need to have an active internet mobile data connection on your device to access Vodafone Music’s streaming, sharing and dedicating songs, add to favorite, saving songs for offline play, setting songs as your Caller Tunez.
