Unable to Access the portal

Hello Team,

I was signed on to the bulk SMS service last month but i have not been able to log on as the log on page keeps reloading any time i click the log on button.

i was however able to log on once which where i changed my password, which was about 3 weeks ago; since then the same issue occurs.

what could be the problem
