Horrible Vodafone Service

Why can't Vodafone provide better customer service? My phone line/Broadband line has been down for two days in Labone. Still not fixed. Representative just told me now that maybe by Monday, they will follow up. Three days with no phone or internet service and the company MAY contact me on Monday with an update? That is unacceptable! Makes we want to discontinue my service with Vodafone and look for one of your competitors that may do a better job.

I have experienced the very worst service of my life in the last 2 months and Vodafone seems not fix the problem. My FBB has been down, I keep lodging complains almost 3 times daily and no permanent solution has been rendered. The technicians come around to fix it but in about 30 mins after they are gone, the problem resurfaces. Now I spoke with the support Center and they said the line condition in my location could be faulty and this is exactly Vodafone’s responsibility but they don’t want fix it.
I pay ghc 180 every month for nothing. This is poor service and more like Vodafone robbing it’s customers. This is one of ticket numbers 1-P64JOCW. This is an urgent situation and Vodafone should work on it to avoid losing its customer base.

My location is Segico Flat Tema Comm 4.

Its been about a month and half since I paid for Vodafone Broadband and Installation . And Im still waiting ..160604958 is my broadband account number since November

This is the worst network ever. For more than one week now, I couldn't use neither my wifi or phone service. So annoying.
