Please i want to find out whether Vodafone is faced with some technical challenges. I'm unable to check my Vodafone X bundle balance. When i dial *126#, i get this feedback: "Not registered on network". What is happening Vodafone.

I tried calling your customer care representative and i got the same feedback.

Secondly, your Internet is very slow in recent times. I'm not impressed with the connectivity as compared to some years back. I'm considering switching to other network, so please do something about that. I'm sure other subscribers are also considering other networks...

I sent someone 1gb of bundle which costs five cedis and its valid for three days and the person still hasn't received it but 5 cedis has been taken out of my credit. Please help me to fix this asap.

The number I sent to-0552508225

The bundle was bought on Tuesday,15th May,2018.
When I purchased the bundle it gave me a message saying," Connection problem or invalid mmi code" but my credit went down from 11.00 cedis to 6.00 cedis and the number I sent to still hasn't received it...
