Data paid for and not given, I have been a victim of crime

I had gone to Vodacom store in Junction Mall and asked and paid for 10GB of data on my wireless router, 10GB for a price of 150GH.
I went online when returning home and saw I had only 100GH on my sim and now next day I have no data at all.

What is my next step in your opinion ?
