My number is 0202140431 the mini WiFi is not working Good is dropping down the download is 1.5mbps and loader is 0.00mbps...its seems that you don't have the cell tower.. Over here..

My internet has been very slow for about a month now. It takes very long for even my whatsapp messages to go through. I always have to restart the phone before it works, that lasts for about 15 minutes then the network is bad again. I am at westlegon if that helps. Ive been on vodafone for almost 3-4 years and if this continues I would have to change my network. Ive lost a lot of clients due to this network issues costing my firm alot of money. I tweeted your support team on twitter and they didnt even reply.

Hi, Im Abena ,I'm having a challenge with the internet connection.It's very slow and i can barely browse.Worst case, I can not track the balance of my data package and its quite frustrating.I also purchased the 2ghcedi hour browsing package about an hour and half ago and without browsing i just had an alert that my package has expired.

I have been having bad internet in Pentagon,University if Ghana.
Previously I was using MTN for my online gaming and it was smooth, but not all that smooth so I decided to try Vodafone.
you guys have the worst internet connectivity I have seen in the campus.
Even whatsapp kraa, the network is bad.
you don't deserve any praises at all.
If this isnt fixed I'll revert back to MTN wallahi

Good morning Vodafone.

Please my internet speed dropped this year. The Vodafone I used to know allows download speed of 150kbps+ but since the beginning of this year it has dropped to 49kbps. Especially when I subscribe for the hourly bundle. Please What's happening. The hourly bundle speed is supposed to be fast. I have changed the internet settings from browse to internet but problem still persist.

Well, when the data connection is on, the network is very slow even though they have shown 4 bars on the network strength. And yesterday, i bought 20cedis credit and did the 5cedis for 1gb bundle twice, which is 10 cedis and by today afternoon, i checked and all the bundle was finished, i didn't have a problem thinking i had another 10cedis but when i checked, the 10cedis was finished too. I tried to call an agen t but there was no option for that. I really don't understand why all the 20cedis got finished like that in 2 days. I'm not happy with buying Vodafone at all, a lot of regrets.

Then please give me the right APN settings so that i wouldn't be experiencing these problems again. But i don't understand how even if i was put on PAYG, 10cedis could just finish like that. Not like i was downloading or streaming live from youtube. How does credit finish so fast.
