I have been granted some data rewards on this app but I haven't received them. Some of them are over 5 days, when am I going to get them? I even redeemed 200mb with my points and still nothing. Moreover I was charged twice the price for 5 plays and I got just five, the credit gone just like that. Please resolve these quickly because its really annoying and very disturbing. Thanks

This network is not really doing so much for it's customers. How is it fair that to win the points needed for a shopping voucher you spend more than what you actually get as a "reward"? The shopping voucher isn't even half the amount of money required to win corresponding points! And no matter how many spins you waste your money on the likelihood of getting anything aside points or data and calls which only last for 24 hours is extremely and horribly low. The whole aim of your promo is to make money which you'll obviously succeed in doing.
Do more for your customers instead of robbing them blind!

I have played on yendi agoro and won data bundle of 100mb this morning on 0509440606 but hasn't still reflected on my sim. Also,I recharged GHC1 and bought 5 plays for 80p but don't know where my 20p has gone to. Please work on for me
