Wifi router disconnected since yesterday

Good Morning,
My router has been disconnected since yesterday night and im unable to connect to the internet. Im unsure why because the WLAN, LAN and POS lights are all on. As well as there is over 100gb data left in my account so I assume this may be a server side issue.

Okay please this is getting ridiculous now. It has been 4 days since the modem was disconneted and there is still no progress?? Its absurd that I have to report this multiple times, not to mention a huge inconvience. I urgently need this fixed and would appreciate it being fast tracked. I have a lot of work I need to do that requires the internet and the fact that it has been over 96 hours and this issue has not been resolved speaks volumes about this company’s attitude towards their customers, especially considering I was told it would take 24 hours.

I have also had the same unstable internet for 2 months now. The internet works for 45 seconds and stops for 10 minutes. Its outrageously terrible. I havso I tried waiting for 2 weeks before I bundled again just to make sure if it is an internal issue, it will be resolved. But here I am with the slow internet again. There have been 3 Vodafone technicians already and when they solve it, it goes back down in 3 hours. I Dont think I will recommend Vodafone to anyone living around Spintex road / baatsonaa. It is frankly a waste of money.
