I have made series of complain concerning this app but still there is no solution to it.
1. Won about 3 hours airtime but I never received it, I made an official complain to the call center only to receive a message that it has been resolved but still I haven't receive it for 5 days now
2.I made a purchase for 5 plays but I was charged twice, I again made a complain for a refund but still no avail
3.I am not able to play anymore, when I click on play it won't spin anymore. I think they are tired of my complain so they have deactivated my app.
Don't even respond because you are really deceiving Ghanaians concerning the promo. You people should do better but I need my the refund.
And don't try apologising again because it won't make any difference
