I have made series of complain concerning this app but still there is no solution to it.
1. Won about 3 hours airtime but I never received it, I made an official complain to the call center only to receive a message that it has been resolved but still I haven't receive it for 5 days now

2.I made a purchase for 5 plays but I was charged twice, I again made a complain for a refund but still no avail

3.I am not able to play anymore, when I click on play it won't spin anymore. I think they are tired of my complain so they have deactivated my app.

Don't even respond because you are really deceiving Ghanaians concerning the promo. You people should do better but I need my the refund.

And don't try apologising again because it won't make any difference

Same problem I'm facing. I won points and data today after playing the game and till now I've not received my points and data. The points section simply reads zero and so does the data bonus section. This is so annoying.
Vodafone should sit up and refund my points and bundle.

I've won over 1000 points on yen di Agro plus over 600mb of data but my points section always shows 0 and I haven't received my 600mb plus of data yet... So please I need a refund or my rewards.
