Please Vodafone Gh should be up and doing the right things than to deceive its loyal customers.
This yendi agoro thing, I’m beginning to think is just a deception. In your advertisement and on your yendi agoro app platform, customers are made to understand that purchase of 5spin points will cost me 80ghans pesewas. But anytime I purchase, I am charge double the said amount or even more for the same 5points. I’ve reported on two occasions but it keeps occurring. Why should Vodafone cheat on their loyal customers that way. This is truly unfair and only to dupe your loyal customers I supposed.
Vodafone Gh should sit up and treat us good or I quit the network

It’s been occurring right from the very day I begun participating in this game. But I noticed it from Thursday, 22/02/18, Friday, 23/02/18, sunday, 25/02/18, Monday, 26/02/18. It then occurred again on Tuesday, 27/02/18 which I called your helpline and it was sort of refunded but the refund wasn’t complete cos instead of refunding GHC8.00 to my account, GHC5.00 was rather refunded. Then it occurred again yesterday, 28/02/18, which again I reported and again partial refund was made. Right after that in the evening yesterday, I purchased some spins and same issues happened. Double deduction was made and it’s been going on and on.
Why should 5spins cost 80p and yet I am charged GHC1.60 for same 5spins and at times GHC1.72 for same number of 5spins? This is so much excuse me to say, cheating on your loyal customers. Please, Vodafone must sit up and treat customers well. Anyway, my phone number is 0208453843. You could check our database and see if what I’m talking about ain’t the truth. Thanks

Voda I still dnt understand why de valentine challenge prices hv nt been allocated or announced to us. You told us 1st March till nw we haven't hrd or seen any sign of Dat. We ve put so much cash in dis challenge n God has been good fr me to win smetin instead of giving away our prices u r delaying I dnt knw if u wanted specific people to win bt tables turn so u finding so difficult to allocate our prices.
