Cannot log in to my account from your web page as it says page not found.
I found another way in to the account login page but forgot my password.
Clicked the link to get new password but have been waiting for (what should be an automatic) email response but after 15 minutes still nothing.
Entered live chat and typed a message. Automatic message said 'we will be with you shortly'. 10 minutes later I am still waiting...
I have now died of old age.
