I have placed 3 calls to 100 on this same issue and none of them have yielded any result. The first call was on Friday, 23 March 2018 and i was provided the reference code 1-QPZPEK3. I called again on Monday, 26 March 2018 and also on Wednesday, 28 March 2018. In all these calls i have been told that issues are resolved within 24 hours of making a report and that someone would be dispatched to troubleshoot. The problem still persists and no one from Vodafone has contacted me.
