I credited my mobile account number (020 957 1662) with GHc1.00 at about 08:23 hours on Thursday, 19th April, 2018. After the operation, my credit balance was about GHc1.07.
I was shocked to find only GHc0.37678 in my account this morning. Why did Vodafone steal my credit because I did not use my mobile line for anything between yesterday and this morning.
This is not the first time this type of stealing of credit occurred.
I demand that you restore my credit that you stole immediately.
