Vodafone X bundle

I have been trying to bundle for Xtreme plus for a couple of days now yet the feedback I get is that I’m unable to register for it..or any other Vodafone X bundle..Please I’d ike to know what’s going on and how to resolve this.Also when I call the customer care line I barely get someone to talk to..I could call multiple times and no one answers..what is going on please??

I have been experiencing same problem for about three days now I can't activate my x bundle.customer care too promised to fix it but to no avail

Please checks on the account show you are on the 10th Anniversary offer and you will be unable to activate the Vodafone x offer in addition.

You will need to deactivate the offer with 9090 and then you can activate the x offer if you so wish .

I am also experiencing the same problem since yesterday. My number is 0209017270. I think that we(customers) should be notified before our airtime starts getting deducted for Data use. Kindly assist.
