Since my internet went down on 16th April and I opened a support ticket on 17th April, I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for someone from Vodafone to come and fix the problem. After all, it is your Vodafone technicians who came and fiddled with our pole at Dansoman and broke the internet.
At least give me a phone call, wai, because your 5 working days have passed and I need my internet. Failing that, please refund my most recent payment, because I haven't benefited from it at all.
The phone number is 303037 and the support ticket number was 1-QZZ3YUJ. I don't want to hear any more "We are working on it" stories please, only solutions, thanks!
