My internet has been down for a week oo!

Since my internet went down on 16th April and I opened a support ticket on 17th April, I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for someone from Vodafone to come and fix the problem. After all, it is your Vodafone technicians who came and fiddled with our pole at Dansoman and broke the internet.

At least give me a phone call, wai, because your 5 working days have passed and I need my internet. Failing that, please refund my most recent payment, because I haven't benefited from it at all.

The phone number is 303037 and the support ticket number was 1-QZZ3YUJ. I don't want to hear any more "We are working on it" stories please, only solutions, thanks!

Hello~? It's now 30th April, two weeks since my internet went down. Any feedback yet? I would also like a refund on the most recent fee I paid since I haven't had a single day of service since I paid it, thanks.

Final answer for closure: Vodafone technicians finally came and fixed the problem with the pole. Which, I hasten to remind everyone, was caused by Vodafone themselves in the first place... but we will let bygones be bygones.

Thank you Vodafone for finally resolving this problem. I will be calling you about the two weeks of service I paid for but never received.
