I had a message from 5881 on the 7th of May, the message said You have 15 days left on your offer. Enjoy the FULL 1000 mins to Vodafone, 100 mins to others and 400MB for HALF price of GHS6 Reply with 215 to sign on... I did that today and there is no reply whatsoever... Nothing indicating that it been processed... I still have my recharged amount of Ghs6 intact.. please help be sign on to this cool offer. please this is my number 0202227578

Good afternoon and thank you for contacting Vodafone.

Please be informed you need the fully amount of the plan to activate for the half price promo, then half of the credit will be given back on your account.

However can only bundle for the promo on the same day you got the SMS alert.

Hello David,
I have a similar problem, no response after replying with 215. I have more than twice the full cost of the bundle, yet there is no reponse to my request. Any help?

Then its better you reply the client with am alert indicating the amount they should have the full amount or indicating the offer last only on the day you received the sms. Just a line of code or two can have that running.

I have had a similar message today. Replied with the number given(216) but, after I subscribed, the full(ghc35) amount was deducted and I have not received a refund of half.
