I see no service when I insert my sim into my iPhone. How do I solve it

I have been using vodafone for so long. I had serious internet connection problems about 3 months ago. I contacted vodafone and I was asked to change my apn from internet to browse. It solved the issue. About a week ago the same internet connection issues came up, I chnaged the apn from browse to internet and even vice versa but still. I have taken my sim card out and requested new internet settings but still. I live at West Legon, maybe its a technical issue?
