Poor Customer Service

I purchased 60ghs airtime via express pay on the 15th of May, had a bonus of 60ghs
and my daily downloader lite renewed at 10ghs for 2.5g for 3days leaving me with a balance of 50ghs. Well i woke up the next day(16th) with no balance, bonus and data bundle when i barely surfed internet the previous day.
So i called in and a report was drafted, i received the message it was being worked on and will get my refund in 24hrs. Called the whole week nothing was done about it all i was told was"its pending, supervisors are working on it, it will be resolved before the end of the day". Realizing i was being tossed and fooled around i decided to go to the head office. Went there and i was told my request was cancelled and i was being told stories. He then drew up another report that was on 22nd May. Today is 27th and I've still not received my refund. Where is my refund??! What happened to my unused balance, data and bonus?

I had purchased Airtime GHS90 and submitting I received a text saying only GHS50 has been added. What happened to the other GHS40?? I have been trying to get this resolved and you are just fobbing not only myself but other people as well. This is robbery I have proof that GH90 was added but you give me ghs40. I want the remaining money
