Checking on your number you have already activated the starter daily bundle which is conflicting with the subscription of the x bundle. Kindly contact back so we take off the bundle after you have exhausted the 20mb left. However be checking your balance via * 700* 2 # so don’t use more than the 20mb else you will be charged on pay as you go.

Please checks on the account show you do not have enough space on the account for the activation to be done. You will have to exhaust either of the bundles on your account to create space for the bundle to be activated.

Alternately you can request for any of the allocations to be taken off for space to be created. Kindly dial *126# or *124# for the offers on your account and assist with feedback if you want any offer taken off.

Please the number 0200862629 has not been on Vodafone x since 31/8/2018. Therefore you are required to recharge to enable you call this number. The minutes allocated on your X bundle is meant to call X numbers only. You can advise the user of the number to also subscribe to X to enable you both enjoy the free calls to X numbers.

I purchased an insomnia bundle for 29.99ghc for 30days and just after 2 days I bought that data bundle I received a message that “You’ve exhausted 70 percent of data experience within your Insomnia day bundle offer.. You’ve got to top up soon.” And since then the day bundle isn’t working again but it said I will recieve 2gb day time and 4.5gb night time per the terms of the bundle I did .. so during day time I have to buy normal data with credit till 10:59pm where I get the night time bundle and just now I was updating my apps from the night time bundle and I got this same message again that it’s left with my 70 percent bla bla .. which automatically means tomorrow I won’t get access again to the night bundle like how it happened to the day time ..
Please explain this thing to me because I just don’t understand... if this is how you guys are going to treat your customers then it’s too bad.. my number is +233203682697

I have requested for an upgrade from copper to fiber and been following up on this since August 6 when i picked the fiber router. I was told within 5 days the technicians will visit and install the fiber modem and till now am still waiting. I have followed up on this for far too long and anytime i call i get the same feedback we have forwarded to the technicians. When are the technicians going to install the modem? For this reason i have stopped buying data. my account code is P0051866. Am sure you can get the number of times i have followed up from your incidence report. I though you are keen to satisfying your customers.
