Kindly go your phone settings and click on mobile network; go to preferred network and change from the 3G to HPSA+. This will only be active if you have that on your device.

Also, dial *124# or *126# when the modem SIM is in your mobile phone to check and confirm balance details. Alternatively, download and install the My Vodafone App to check and confirm data balance details.
