Anigye offer

Esther Jul 19, 2018 08:03AM WEST

I have been receiving a message telling me my anigye offer has been renewed for the next 30days,and it cost 0.10Ghs. I do receive this message everyday. Why? The offer says it's for new customers, then how does it apply to me. Am fed up of these messages. Stop it please.

Hi Lawrence,

Thank you for contacting us, I am pleased to assist.

Please dial 9090 and follow the prompt to opt out of anigye. However, note that you will lose every existing benefit thus your bonus should you have some after a successful deactivation. I will suggest you cancel the offer after you have exhausted your bonus if you have any.

I am available to assist should you require further assistance.

Thank you for choosing Vodafone as your preferred network. Have a nice day.

I have no idea how I end up getting charged for "Anigye offer" almost every day or so. I receive sms message that my Anigye offer has been renewed for the next 30 days and incur a charge of 0.10 cents. This renewal and sms notification occurs everyday, that means I am charged 0,10 cents a day and for 30 days I am charged Ghs 3.00. Fact is Maningye, I don't know how Vodaphone can make me happy by charging me Ghs 3.00 a month. They are insulting my intelligence. PLEASE CANCEL THIS RIP-OFF OFFER

You can dial 9090 and follow the voice command to deactivate it.
