Very poor customer service

I have raised a complaint with Vodafone customer care on 11th July 2018 but still there is no response and still my internet is not working.

My complaint number: your ticket ID is 1-S4SPWVO

Paying more money but still not happy with the service.

Paying 400 ghc monthly
1 month now am calling to come and check
Always same reply
Sorry, we reported , we are on it

Some times they don't pick even
They make me crazy for sure
My last problem was 1-SKMSY8U

They said 24 hour
It's look like will take 24 month till they come

I complained about my internet being down on Tuesday 7th August,2018 and was told it would be resolved within 24 hours
I didn't get any message or call even though I was asked to expect them.
I made a follow up call on Wednesday and was asked to call back in the afternoon if the problem was not solved, which I did.
I called again on Friday and was assured the problem was being solved,so I should please be patient
I had still not receive the message nor call
I call again on Friday afternoon and I'm promised it would be solved over the weekend.
It's Monday and I'm still faced with the same challenge
I call to complain again and I'm told no complaint has ever been raised.
The last time a complaint was raised on my number was in March

I have reported an issue to Vodafone on Wednesday 29 August 2018 and followed up severally but received no solution to my problems.

Service to the above account went down around 12pm. Ever since, I placed several call to Vodafone but my issue has not been resolved. It is painful to receive text message from Vodafone telling me the problem is resolved when the problem is still with me and starring me in the face and crippling my business.
Everything was working perfectly, I could even reach speed of 6mbps although I was told am on 8mbps; that’s fine by me. My speed now is below 80kbps and I could not even load a page. I have been reliably informed that engineers from Ho came to Kpando to change a cable. I think the problem should be narrowed down to the cable change and connections; prior to this change all was fine.
Your engineers can reach your devices in Kpando I have been told, yes but the speed is below what broadband can offer, not even 1mbps.
I would like to talk to any of the engineers from Accra one-on-one on this issue.
Note: This is a general problem in Kpando since Wednesday.

Moreso, I want it upgraded to 8mbps.
Since I acquired this line about six months ago, I have not had value for money. So much white noise until the line was changed a month ago.
