More than 2 weeks now
And Always same reply
( we make a report and we are on it )

I think your system has to be a quick one. I am in italy with my vodafone sim from ghana and i am trying to have access to the roaming service which i need assist on how to go about the procedure. I have sent an email and even sent watsapp but no customer seevice representative is assisting.

Kindly be informed that all prepaid mobile customers are provisioned on roaming. Simply recharge enough credit and connect to our roaming partner in the destination country to enable you make and receive calls. If you have run out of credit, you may ask a friend or family to send you some via Cash or ask them to dial *516# to share their credit with you.
