I reported my issue since 4 working days ! With a ticket number 1-TAC865Q .
Every time i call the support they say sorry we r working on it, our engineers are working on it !
Till now nothing, and the issue still persist !
And the joke is you sent me a message after my call to rate your support ! Honestly its zero ! Sorry to say that but am paying these days and i have a work to finish using that internet connection !
Your service is going down ! You used to have better service and support !
Please i beg you advise !
