Deducting credit while I have bundle

Please I'm on an X offer which is not yet expired and I still have bundle for social media but anytime I recharge, the credit gets deducted instead of the bundle. Why? I don't understand because those small amounts of credit I recharge are for other important purposes and not for social media. Please, let me understand and possibly get back my credit because it was nowhere indicated that your credit would be deducted even if you still have social media bundle.
