I have requested for an upgrade from copper to fiber and been following up on this since August 6 when i picked the fiber router. I was told within 5 days the technicians will visit and install the fiber modem and till now am still waiting. I have followed up on this for far too long and anytime i call i get the same feedback we have forwarded to the technicians. When are the technicians going to install the modem? For this reason i have stopped buying data. my account code is P0051866. Am sure you can get the number of times i have followed up from your incidence report. I though you are keen to satisfying your customers.
