Bad Customer Service

I have complaints and suggestions rather

I have recently relocated to Accra. I have been dealing w Vodafone staff for the last 4 weeks to install broadband at my residence. It has been 4 weeks of agony and frustrations w no installation to date. I already paid. I contacted Vodafone via chat, WhatsApp, etc. but no results. The technician that was supposedly assigned to help no longer picks up the phone when I call. Truly bad service.Imagine not having internet for this long.

The Vodafone CEO should make her email available on the company site so frustrated customers like me can reach out to her (see example by DHL. One can reach the managing director and the customer service manager at any time! And they respond to each mail). Perhaps the Vodafone managers should try to test their customer service to see what it is happening.

Could you pls send me a private email? I don’t eat to post my details publicly. As of today, my installation has not been done and nobody at Vodafone had the decency to call me to at least give me an update. My payment was made on Nov 6, 2018.
